Through a particular interest for colours, various shapes and the plant world, it was inevitable that my brush would end up picturing the floral diversity, real and imagined. Here are some works that translate this instinctive admiration.
SERIES earth
Various pieces created in the midst of an awe for the planet, its beauty and wonders, and of course its need to be preserved. In the past year or two I've started to play with oil colours which allow me to elongate the creation and really take my time in painting what I want to tale.
SERIES first nations matter
Land acknowledgment
As a Quebec-Canada artist, I wish to acknowledge that the whole of my creation is done on a land of the First Nations that was not ceded. The island called “Montreal” is known as Tiohtiá:ke in the language of the Kanien’kehá:ka, and it has historically been a meeting place for other Indigenous nations, including the omàmiwininì or Algonquin people. As a conscious artiste, I feel it’s crucial to be informed on the past and ongoing consequences of colonialism. I encourage everyone to learn about the history of these lands and to support Indigenous resistance here and across Turtle Island.
SERIES kâo
A variety of pieces exploring the mix of colours, shapes, medium and textures; a technique linked with the pleasure of creation and direct expression of the subconscious. Kâo sounding like chaos in french refers to the present moment and its spontaneity, to errors and/or messes that reveal to be pure impulses of the soul.

Various pieces inspired by shots taken while travelling or by souvenirs of places I've visited during my many travels around the globe.
SERIES vario
Faithful to my inner self, I wander the path of life in a frivolous and eclectic way. Sometimes with an attraction to desires in a certain manner, other moments with needs towards other ways, in art, I do my creation in a way just as impromptu and uneven. While other artists deepen their research of particular techniques, the white canvas constantly pulls me to new horizons. Although I do produce some series under the same theme, between two pieces I'll manage to create various trials and errors that are quite different from one to another.

Like many artists, contemplation of the human kind is an important part of my process of creation. Here are some artworks constructed around the observation of bodies or body parts.
SERIES oizo
Oizo as in oiseau which means bird in French. The bird, free, light and elegant in its flight, represents freedom and distance. This symbol has been part of my creative subject matter for many years. It takes different forms in an equally wide range of colours.
